I have been a great fan of yours ever since I was four. Well, if you don't mind, I would like to add that I had a crush on you as much as a four year old can. I am in my teens now and just heading for my IM title. Thanks to your chess videos and Diary of A Chess Queen and How I Became a Grandmaster at 14. Essential reading. However, it's surprising that I chanced upon your blog only now. I wish you all the luck in the world at your European Championship. You can expect me to follow your progress closely. You will win, I am sure.

You are going into this tournament with the strongest show all the other players have been off the chessboard lately so you have the best chances. Most will need some rounds to get their eye set on the board but you are already in tournament mode. great strategy and planning as always. All the best Alexandra.
