Chess news and chess trivia blog (c) Alexandra Kosteniuk, 2010

Hello Everyone,

Here's our daily dose of simple mate-in-three puzzles. You haven't gone off to sleep have you? Already?

Okay, White to move and mate in three in both the puzzles. Look for the mating pattern first before jumping straight to the calculations! Enjoy!

You can run the flashplayer to see the solution after your thinking time of five minutes.
