You can watch the official opening ceremony at the official website here. The ceremony is set to begin at 9.30 pm local time which is GMT +5.00 hours.

Khanty-Mansiysk, capital of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, is situated in Western Siberia on the river Irtysh. It is near the river Ob and is about 2759 km from Moscow. The town is built on seven pine tree hills.

The surrounding taiga forest is a national park of Siberia. Here exists a rare combination of urbanism and ecological purity. You can visit the official website of the town here.
