Hi everyone,

There is a three-way lead at the 64th Russian Chess Superfinal in Moscow with Peter Svidler, Sergey Karjakin and Alexander Morozevich after three rounds. All of them have 2 points each. Alexander Galkin and Ian Nepomniachtchi have 1.5 points each while Alexander Grischuk, Artyom Timofeev and Vladimir Kramnik have 1 point each.

In Round 3, Karjakin beat Kramnik while the other games were drawn.

The Super Final of the 64th Russian Championship for men takes place August 7-15 (rest day on August 12) at the Botvinnik Central Chess Club in Moscow. It’s an 8-player, single round-robin. The time control is 90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 30 minutes to finish the game, with 30 seconds per move from move one.

What a guy Kramnik. Not taking anything away from anyone else but surely if you've won the Dortmund for the nth time you would play with such gay abandon. Kramnik is always so awesome.
