The London Chess Classic 2010 began on Thursday with Luke McShane beating Magnus Carlsen, Nigel Short losing to Vladimir Kramnik, Michael Adams beating David Howell and Viswanathan Anand drawing with Hikaru Nakamura

    Damn. I don't know what to think. I love Carsen but then one has to also congratulate McShane. Chess is so cruel.
