Women's World Blitz Chess Finals Starts Today



Hi everybody!

Yesterday the semi-finals were played in Moscow, and 6 players qualified to join us in the final, Krush, Nebolsina, Zhukova, Gaponenko, Skripchenko and Mariya Muzychuk (see semi-final results here).

This tournament is the strongest women's blitz world championship of modern history and counts 7 of the top 10 women in the world, it will be very tough and exciting!

The 16 finalists are:

Stefanova, Antoaneta

Kosintseva, Nadezhda

Kosintseva, Tatiana

Muzychuk, Anna

Krush, Irina

Gaponenko, Inna

Nebolsina, Vera

    6th of 17, I expect a bit Disappointing for a Queen,
    but a very Respectable Result! Watched a couple of your games live, looking forward to playing through the PGN.
