Radjabov beats Ponomariov at Kings Chess Tournament



Hello Everyone!

Grandmasters Boris Gelfand and Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu are leading after the third round at the Kings Tournament being organized in Medias, Romania. The third round saw two draws but one win by Teimour Radjabov who defeated Ruslan Ponomariov.

The other two players in the tournament are Magnus Carlsen and Wang Yue.
The tournament is a double round-robin and ends on June 25. No draw agreement is allowed before move 30, except for cases of a triple-repetition, a perpetual or a theoretically drawn position. You can read more about the tournament at the official website.
