Cuban IM Diasmany Otero Wins LIX Mexican International Chess Championship

Hi everyone, 

Cuban IM Otero Diasmany shocked the favorites and took the first place at the National and International LIX Puebla Mexican Championship 2013 , Which was Held on 26-31 March at the Complejo Cultural Universitario of the University of Puebla Meritorious. Otero, who lost in the eighth round against top seed Alexander Onischuk, finished with a nice win against countryman Aramis Alvarez to get 7.5 / 9 points.
