Suba, Gaprindashvili win European Senior Chess Championships 2011

Hi everyone,

We are delighted to congratulate Grandmaster Mihai Suba for winning the European senior chess championship 2011 in Italy - Courmayeur (Aosta Valley).

In the women's section, we congratulate Grandmaster Nona Gaprindashvili for taking the title. You can find the complete standings here.



Also GM Sarunas Sulskis from Lithuania, who had just won the open tournament in Ravenna, visited European Senior Championship in Courmayeur to officially present the European Senior Championship that will be played in Kaunas in August 2012.
