I fully deny the cheating accusations by the French Chess Federation. This disciplinary procedure has to do with my support of the current FIDE President (Kirsan Ilyumzhinov) during the Chess Olympiad (in Khanty-Mansiysk) instead of the current administration of the French Chess Federation. In addition, the FIDE President was defamed in the blog of Jean-Claude Moingt (President of the French Chess Federation) who claimed that he benefited from fake proxies.
On top of that, I mentioned in various private conversations, which were later repeated, of the irregularities in financial accounting by the French Federation (some of the specifics will be provided at a later date) which further angered the French Federation President.
I have requested for my lawyer, Mr. Charles Morel, to begin legal action for damages against the French Federation for having without reason cited my name in a statement, and it was republished by all the French and foreign sites, as well as the international media.
    Sébastien Feller
