An endgame with pawns and just the Kings can be very tricky and full of illusions. Here is a simple endgame. It's pretty simple and in its simplicity you will find its beauty.

Remember, often you don't have to worry about what the other King is up to but focus on what are your positive points. On the basis of that you can seize the initiative to do something yourself first.
